Fatigue during pre-op liquid diet

Just started my 3 week liquid & protien shake diet this week and have been very tired and a bit light headed. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping it will pass.

not unusual at ALL. let your doc know, they will make sure there are no imbalances going on.

during my 2 wk i was intaking so little that i was in bed almost every night by 8 during the second week! my body just had nothing to go on.

First few days are the worst, but after about day 4 you should feel much better. I felt better by day 3.

I’m on day 3 of my liquid pre-op and I’m exhausted. I didn’t do caffeine before but find myself worn down much faster. Hoping this subsides quickly! ????

Same. Its 7pm here in California and I'm going to bed. I'm finishing day 4.

I see everyone has two or more weeks for pre-surgery diet. Mine is only a week I hope it’s enough
