OMG I itch

I know when you begin healing you will itch. This is crazy! I had extended TT and breast lift 12 days ago. I'm laying here awake going absolutely crazy wanting to itch so bad from below my breasts past my belly button. What's a girl to do???

      Maybe take some Benadryl to help ease the itching.

      Benadryl ... It calms the itch, even though it's not allergy related. The solid pink tablets work best for me. Good luck!

    Please don't scratch....I did and you can see in my pictures that the self inflicted scratch wounds looked worse than the incisions...I think I was scratching in my sleep...
