I'm having trouble sipping slowly as well. I guess it's because the swelling in my sleeve had gone down.

i cannot stand the look or texture of ANY pureed foods other than maybe refried Beans and squash, so my nut said that if i'm tolerating well after a couple days i can add some finely chopped fish, eggs, etc.

no probs so far with anything after surgery, hopefully i'll get the green light!

i can totally understand the temptation though, it's been literally WEEKS since i had any sort of real food and although i have no HUNGER per se, i would love some actual food!
