I guess I am in the minority, I think they offer very good nutrition and all, but the taste to me is just okay.

Dietitian called them glorified candy bars! They said no way too many carbs! This is just what my dietitian said.

I bought a pack of the Quest Coconut Cashew. It's good but very sticky and gummy. Are all of the flavors that consistency? I keep them in my desk for when I'm unable to get away for a lunch break. I agree they are filling and not overly sweet, but the texture turns me off. They are also difficult to remove from the wrapper.

Some flavors are stickier/softer that others. I think cookies and cream is the softest so avoid that one. Chocolate chip cookie dough is firmer and you can chill the bars; they will firm up.
