Protein & nausea?

About a week ago I became extremely nauseous after drinking my protein shakes...I thought maybe it was drinking the shakes on an empty stomach so I tried taking them at different times of the day & there was no difference. Now I'm having the same reaction to protein bars. I don't seem to have an issue with protein in meat or dairy...what up, protein?!? Anyone else experience this?

what brand? a lot of people have problems with premier. you may be drinking or eating too fast. when your stomach gets too full or takes too long to empty, you can feel queasy.

I've used premier, designer whey & nectar..I very easily could be drinking them too fast....as it seems I always want to get the protein out of the way ;)

Thanks for the tip...I'll slow down today & see if I can tolerate it!
