I really HATE exercising, but have been making myself do some low impact aerobics and walking. I started my pre-op liquid diet on May 6 and am down 47 lbs since then. How about you?

Wow... You are kicking butt. I've lost just under 30 but I let extra carbs creep in after week 4. I was pissed at myself. I knew better and am back on the wagon. Working to get back into ketosis. I have a birthday Aug 18 and I want to lose 25 pounds by then. That is a solid six weeks. 25 should be doable

I know you can do it!!

I am drinking 1 or 2 Protein shakes per day, and still can't eat very much........maybe 1 egg or 2 tablespoons of chicken, not much else. I get full SO fast.
