Hi! I had my surgery Monday the 23rd and It took Me all day (literally) to drink my one protein Shake and some water. It gets easier everyday. I'm on my 6th day post op and just yesterday I felt like I can actually get fluids down. Day by day (: u got this!

Thank u so much!! I was kind of worried thinking I'm not getting all my protein and vitamins in! Thank u again =]]]

i seem to be doing a little better than i thought i would, having little problems intaking fluids or my Protein. yesterday i was able to finish TWO 21 oz Protein shakes by 1130 am and got all my Fluid requirements by 1pm. today seems to be a little harder but so far so good.

i KNOW that what you are experiencing is completely normal. everyone does differently but i think it's more common for folks to have a harder time than not. keep it up!
