Hi all, couldn't find the answer to this anywhere else, but are we allowed 1-2 cans of sprite zero a day if needed while on Optifast?

I don't intend on drinking much of it, but just wanted to double check if we are allowed diet drinks?

My doctor was very strict . I can only have crystal light and sugar free cool aid and of course water I can not even use creamer in my de caffeinated coffee .i was given a list of approved drinks by my doctor.

No carbonation after surgery, so maybe now is a good time to cut the apron strings? My doc said NO sodas,

Sodas are not allowed on my pre-op.
