June 16

Sleeved on the 16th. Stayed in the hospital 2 nights and home by the 18th. I've been off all pain meds since the 20th walking and sipping. Down 11 pounds since Monday. I'm curious how much am I supposed to be walking, is it miles a day? I've been averaging at least 1.2 miles daily. But I don't know how to set realistic fitness goals currently as I used to be a high level athlete and those requirements were never reasonable.

My nutritionist said she wanted us to work up to 30 minutes of walking with an elevated heart rate by one month. Do what you can and gradually work up. I'm sure you'll be fine. :)

You're doing great! :)

Your doing amazing
