About peeing

So I drink water ALL day like 64 oz but I still have this oder every time I pee like am not drinking enough water. Does anyone know why or what can I do? Thanks in advance ladies!

I look at the color of the urine rather than the odor (which I assume is because I'm losing weight rather quickly, plus taking a load of Vitamins I never did before. My urine always smells funny when I take Iron supplements).

As long as the color is a pale yellow, you're fine. If it's a dark yellow to orange color, you need to drink more.

So odd to wake up and read this...I was just contemplating the same thing about myself. I cannot stand the smell after I urinate! So while I don't have any answers for you, just know you are not alone.

When you're eating high Protein low carb, your body goes into ketosis. Can cause body odor, urine odor, etc. Perfectly normal and expected on the post-op diet.
