I am 3wks postop and I am coming down with the flu,is their anything I am able to take medicine wise

I am guessing you can take anything you normally would for the flu. However, with the flu most cant hold anything down.

Call the pharmacist and ask him or her what is safe for you to take. I have noticed that often,

they know more about the medication than the doctors do. I had severe allergies after my surgery,

called the pharmacist, explained my situation and he gave me a list of what was safe to take. Good

luck.
