I sit here recovering, in some pain and with some nausea... And even at this lowest most painful part of this journey, I am excited.... I can't believe my life has been given back to me.... I am so ready for this.... Grateful beyond words....

Congrats youve got this!! I have 3 more days to go and I am soo excited!!!

I just got my sleeve 2 days ago, the 19th. I'm having a little nausea, nothing serious like vomiting. I think the gas pains hurt the worst, especially up in my shoulders. I'm doing plenty of walking to try and dissipate all the gas but it's going to take several days most likely. I hate not being able to take a full drink! The sips suck so bad. Out of habit, I've picked up my bottle of water and taken a gulp a couple of times and it was sooo painful! Re-training my brain to break the old habits and just what comes naturally is going to be tough. Head hunger is killing me! I'm not physically feeling very hungry but seeing my family eat and knowing I can't have anything but liquids really makes me sad!! I'm craving some meat like crazy! Lol

Anyhow, congrats on your new journey! Wishing us both a speedy recovery! Lol
