Almost there...

hey everybody,

I'm finally in the last week of this research so I said I'd post it up here for anyone that had missed it and wanted to share their experience. I've almost reached my required numbers so if you have a few minutes to fill it out I would be very grateful, all you have to be is post-op. Thanks so much is advance :)
