Hi CowGirlJane, Thank you for your response. If you feel that there are certain questions that do not apply to you or that you cannot answer, there is no problem is skipping them and moving to next relevant question. I am looking to explore a range of post-surgical outcomes but I am mainly focusing on the impact of surgery on personal and interpersonal relationships. The objective of the work is ultimately to inform the post-operative psycho-social literature as there is very little work done in the area. Thanks for taking the time out to try anyways

Men are really underrepresented in the literature so If you have some time i'd really appreciate if you would fill this out. It's focus is on outcomes of weight-loss surgery (OWLS study).
