Pre Surgery diet tomorrow

((Vent))

I eat when I'm happy, I eat when I'm sad. Today I took my hubby to Breakfast for Fathers Day. I'm sure we will be eating out for dinner.

Prior to this weekend I've lost a total of 15 pounds. Tomorrow is the first day of my preop diet. BIG SIGH. I've been overweight 20+ years. I should be able to do 7 days without cheating. I'm getting a headache just thinking about it. Time to go buy some broth and sf Jello.

I know it is worth the struggle!

my surgeon says pre-op is way harder than post op because you still have this huge stomach just sitting there, producing hormone and waiting to be filled.

my biggest piece of advice is to get your Protein shakes in faithfully. i have noted that on the days i have them on schedule, i have very slight hunger and can manage. i also mix mine with extra milk for more protein.

it's hard but SO worth it. good luck to both!

We r all worth it and courageous for doing this.
