Batiatric support group meeting

Today I went to my first bariatric support group meeting. It was AWESOME. It was so informative and helpful to meet people who have gotten over the speed bumps. Just like being apart do this group. I have been learning so much.

It was a great. Where I am having my sleeve done it is mandatory to attend one. They have them every month. It was a guy who has been going every month for 5 years.
