Preop sleeve

I had my first visit with my surgeon this week and I'm so excited to start my journey! Per my insurance requirements I have to lose 23lbs before they can schedule my surgery. Question is, should I be super restrictive and lose the wt as fast as I can or just slowly. Dr recommends doing it over 3 months. I'm just afraid I won't be able to!

Hi I would began to watch what I eat the weight will come off even if you do not loose the total amount required what your doctor is looking for to see if you can make the necessary changes now so that you will be successful good luck.
