Feeling weak

I am feeling so tired and weak. I know it has to due with not eating and drinking like "normal". But seriously, I have to keep getting up and walking outside. I hate making excuses. But I'm being honest. My tummy is constantly feeling bloated and I still hurt quite a bit. It'll all get better I know. Just need to rant to people who have been though all of this.

What a crazy ride!

Keep hydrated through this part of your journey. It is the most important thing..G2 or Coconut water..Both are great for hydration while you are getting on your feet....okay! :)

G2 is great but I can only sip. Lord knows I want to gulp! I'm a big water drinker and I love G2. Sip sip I go.

No gulping! LOL You can mix it 50 % with Water if you find it too much..At 19 months I still drink a 1/2 bottle every day! :)
