Whoo hoo you look great! Im 2 weeks pre op and I cant wait till I am where you are!!

You look fantastic. I have a little girl as well and I cannot wait for her to see me at a "normal" weight. You are an inspiration! I am somewhat afraid of surgery but I am going to go for it.

Thank you everyone! What I've learned in the past year and a half is keep moving! Exercise is so important especially with the loose skin! Weight training and kickboxing help tone. Also it's ok to taste something and not feel guilty about it. I do not deny myself a treat every now and then. Last and very important this surgery is a fantastic tool. It inspires me to work harder and when I work for my goal the sleeve works for me. We should all be proud of ourselves because we are all worth it!! Xoxox!!
