Hello all
I am preop and have been on the liver shrinking diet of two shakes a day and one lean meal for supper. I have lost forty pounds in less than a month. Now I have not lost any for over a week. Are stalls normal for being preop as well as post op? I barely get 500 calories a day and the main carbs I get are. My veggies and some low fat dairy.
