    I have my first fill next monday....and I'm wondering if I can ask my Dr. to do a more aggressive fill so that I will feel it. From reading the posts it sounds like it takes several to get there. Problem is, I only get the first fill for free. The rest are $125 a shot..... So do Dr's do more aggressive fills?
