  1. Hi, I had surgery first of March and have done pretty good. Lost about 60 pounds. In the last two months I have been having what the doctor thinks is Esophageal spasms. when it first started he did an unfill and the pain went right away, had no trouble at all but when I had another fill and this last fill the pain is back. It hurt when I eat almost anything and really hurts and doesn't wanna go down if i drink cold things.. Anyone ever have this problem.. thanks for any help you can give
  2. does it hurt your first several bites of food? I had a fill a month ago but as of about a week or so it hurt the first couple of bites i eat.. doesn't matter how slow or how much i chew..

  5. Thanks for the reply, I have a 10cc band. Yes I eat slowly and chew my food well. If I didn't you work think I would get sick or something get stuck so that is why I don't think i am tight enough. thanks
  6. I get free fill for first three months I think. I have a 10cc band and have 3cc's in so far. Tonight I had a hamburger, weiner and piece of pork. We had a cook out. Thanks for your reply
  7. My sugery was in March and I have had three fills. 1cc each time. I can still eat to much food. I feel no different. My doc says I just had not found that sweet spot yet but I will. I ask him about a leak maybe and he said no I didn't have a leak because of something he did to check it when he did my last fill. I just wish I knew my band was OK lol I have lost weight without help of my new band. I lost most of my weight right after sugery . thanks for any input to calm me lol

  11. Hi, I have had two fills and am like you I can't tell the difference yet. I can eat like i did before surgery. I am starting to worry if there is something wrong with my band but after reading some of the post to your question I think it just might take more fills. I had my surgery on March the 5th
  12. hi, sorry to hear about you band slippage, what is the update on how you are doing??
  13. If it only holds 4cc's then it will get fast full wouldn't it?? I mean I already have 2cc's in so far and only had surgery March the 5th of this year
  14. when you say it holds 4cc, does that mean 4cc total??
  15. Hi I was banded on March 5 07, with a 10cc band. Not sure what the 10cc stands for, i'm sure has to do with size. I had my second fill May 1st, 1cc. Today for lunch I had about half sandwich of chicken salad and about three tablespoons of chicken salad by itself. I have had no problems. Should i be able to eat this much or is this not much.. Not sure what is to much and what is not.
