I've been using Premier Protein chocolate shakes since last year. Never get tired of them.

I like premier and also muscle milk lite. I kept thinking U'd get off the supplemental protein eventually, but it doesn't seem important to do that anymore.

I like variety, and here's what I have in my house right now...

Premier Protein chocolate and vanilla

Garden of Life Raw Protein chocolate and vanilla

Syntrax nectar cherry and apple

Syntrax Matrix vanilla

Jay Robb strawberry and piña colada

PB2 to mix in the chocolate or vanilla shakes

powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury unflavored to add to Soups and use for baking (protein pancakes, quiche, casseroles, etc)

I have also just ordered Muscle Milk cake batter flavor and some Torani syrups to see what I can create.

Gaspari Myofusion- Peanutbutter chocolate is my favorite. Next favorite is

Sytrax Matrix Mint Cookie

Well i had my sleeve 7 yrs ago and i would do it agsin. My biggest mistake was stopping the protein supplements and in this last year falling into old habits causing wt gain. Now i am going back to the basics.
