  • I'm beyond excited that this just over somewhat.. It's never truly over .. The psych Eval went absolutely amazing ☺️ That's what I was most worried of.. I'm going the gastric sleeve.. But then again

  • Thanks, everything went well. My surgeon told me the bypass would be best for me. So I'm going with that. I'm just waiting for the call for the surgery.

This is definitely an exciting time!! This is where they explain to you the entire process, they explain to you what options you have, and basically who will be doing what. What happens here will depend on what procedure you select. This is the best time to get all of your questions answered...what I did was I wrote down all the questions I could think of, because you'll definitely forget something and then remember it as you're heading home from your appointment. Y may want to bring something with you to take notes...if your initial appointment was anything like mine, you'll be given a whole lot of info!!

So how did things go with the surgeon?? Still going for the sleeve? I originally was going for the lap-band, but thought it was too much trouble with the back and forth fills and all...and my primary thought the bypass was too drastic, so I went with the sleeve...it's working out great for me now!!

Wish you the best, tammie30...keep us posted!!
