not losing

I had my sleeve May 21st. My first week I lost 12lbs, but I haven't lost anything since then. Is the normal?

  • Your body has to adjust to weight loss, you may not lose much this week but I bet you're losing inches. Take measurements. If it helps any, I too weigh on a daily basis (i know, working on it) - Lost

12 pounds in a week is huge! . 5-1lb a day is average so you are well above. Also most see a stall at week 3, you may be early.

Try to wean yourself off the daily weighing. You are doing GREAT, and there is no way your body can keep up with that crazy fast loss. Sometimes you wont lose anything for weeks, and that's totally

Any suggestions for getting 60 grams of protein daily? I get very sick when I try to drink my protein shakes.

The body needs fat. If you are eating low carb (around 20g a day) then your fat and protein should is fine being higher. Honestly, try to add some butter to a scrambled egg, a little more fat in the meat. Your body may need the fat and higher calories to get going. If you are eating low carb the fat goes through your system so it just will aid in getting you a bit more calories and getting things moving.
