It taste great. I am in maintenance so I am not concerned with what that article has to say. There will always be someone who will take a food and make it seem like it is bad for you. We need whole grains in our diets and there are no cereals that do not have sugar. The box even says 11 grams with milk added. I don't think they are trying to say it's packed with Protein but they are saying it is a better choice if you don't want meat or eggs for Breakfast. I am not a hot breakfast kind of person so this is okay with me and just my opinion.
