The night of my surgery there was a cup of coffee on my hospital dinner tray. May have been decaf? Not sure. But I was drinking regular coffee after a few days post op, and I drink about 20oz every morning. Of coarse I am using a sugar substitute and fat free half and half. It has not had any effect on my weight loss.

I've been having coffee since I got home from the hospital. I make one 6 oz cup, have a small amount in an expresso cup then use the rest for my afternoon shake. I use 4oz coffee and 4oz water mixed eith vanilla shake. Yummy pick me up.
