compression shorts/capris

So, I've been uping my walking and am ready to start "jogging". However, when I try to do any kind of run, my belly claps in shear amazemente of what I am doing. Ok, so, it's not only embarrassing, it's also uncomfortable. Does anyone have a recommendation for compression shorts or capris that are made for plus size women?

Try one of them exercise belts, I think there called a waist trimmer. I got mine at Walmart in the exercise equipment isle. My only suggestion is wear it over a tank top and wear another shirt on top of that, so no one sees it, you will sweat pretty good with it on and it holds your "belly" in place ! It will take some getting used too but it helps! Good luck with your running !

Love these! They are tight and help control jiggling. High waisted to cover the rolls and help flatten the fat. They do not roll or ride up. I wear them under loose exercise pants and it makes me feel good not to jiggle in exercise class. Love love them!!! So worth the money.

I bought compression yoga pants at Old Navy. I actually bought them pre-surgery, and they were my go-to exercise pants for the past year. They are just now starting to lose a little of the tightness, so I may have to invest in a smaller size before long.

Old Navy's plus sizes are online only.
