Need a Buddy in Downey, CA

I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery done on March 11th. I am hitting the gym and working hard but I feel like I need somebody to talk to and just check on me to hold me accountable. I know I can get lazy and stop going to the gym and pig out on chips and bean dip, LOL, I need somebody to make sure I do it!

I live in Carson, ca. I would love to connect with you.

Sissy I am in Santa Clarita and too would like a supportive buddy. I had my sleeve last Monday, May 19th. Before surgery I was working out at home and at the gym 6 days a week. I was really loving it and am afraid that it will be hard to get back when I get the Doc's OK. I miss it so much. I would love to support you through this journey and would greatly appreciate your support too. Southern Cali girls need to stick together

Debi you can count on my support too

I think you will do just fine. After surgery I walked, walked. And when it's was time to exercise I fell rite back in there. We can do this.
