  8. I think you will do just fine. After surgery I walked, walked. And when it's was time to exercise I fell rite back in there. We can do this.

  13. My surgery was on 2/19/14 I lost 10 lbs before surgery and 15 after surgery, so far 25 lbs. it's moving very slow but I'm happy with that . My Dr said it would be slow cause I didn't have a whole lot to loose. Good luck all!!!
  14. Oh my!! My right shoulder has been hurting so bad. Never had that problem before. I'm 4 weeks out. Not sure if it's related to the surgery or not. But would had be in your shoulder
  15. I hear a lot of people having acid reflux after being sleeved. I had gerd really bad and my Dr wanted to do the by pass instead of the sleeve, but I really didn't want the by pass. I'm on pecid twice a day and I've been having Acid reflux a little. Praying it will go away. My Dr said if it gets really bad he would have to do a reverse to by pass. Now I'm second guessing myself. Should have done it like he recommended. Good luck!!'

  19. My surgery was on 2/19/14. I'm on the puree stage. I've been at the same weight for two weeks.i started walking 1 mile then three now five. Do you think i need to up my calories?
