Firts fill apt = no fill

Had my surgery on April 1st and today was my follow up where I would receive my first fill. We decided that I am doing good with the 1/2cc he put in at surgery and not to get a fill today. I am down 40 pounds and feeling great. So happy!!! I attached a pic of my face the day of surgery and one from today.

Thank you so much. I fell so good. If it was not for this broken ankle I would be wonderful.

Question? Did you have plication with your band? I think they call it I-Band?

That is great, it is always so motivating when you start losing the weight. I was also one who lost a lot of weight right off the bat, then it slowed down after a few months and was pretty slow but steady until I reached the weight my body decided to stay at. Keep up the good work. I was banded almost 7 years ago and lost and have kept off 100 pounds.

that is wonderful...I'm at 4 cc and still not restriction yet...UGH...CONGRATS!!!

Fantastic job!

Thank you everyone! I can't wait till my ankle heals so I can start to exercise.

You look beautiful. You also may be one of the lucky few like me who doesn't seem to need fills. I don't even have the plication but for whatever reason, I have the restriction I need.

Thank you gowalking. You look amazing as well!! I hope I am lucky like you and never need a fill. Right now things are going great and I am very happy with my band. I know the shoe could drop at any moment and hunger will set in so I am just taking it day by day.
