It was recommended to me by someone at my dentist's office who had the sleeve procedure a year ago. She said connecting with other people who were having the same procedure in the same month was really helpful to her, so I'm hoping to find some other people like me who are looking for help and support as we begin our new journey. I am getting sleeved on June 5th. Been on a liquid diet for two weeks and have two weeks to go. Miss chewing. Never realized how much I would miss the actual mechanics of chewing.

Hi, there seems to be some confusion. After posting my reply, I checked the thread and I have to agree with camper-girl, this is the sleeve forum. In the thread it says, monthly gastric sleevers - 2014 gastric sleever - June 2014. Perhaps the forums are intertwined. Surgery is the common factor. Just my 2 cents. Have a good day all.
