PB2

Does anyone out there know if you can have PB2 (powdered peanut butter)mixed with protein powder for your presurgery protein liquig diet?

I didn't have a 2 week preop liquid but I wouldn't see why not. There are carbs in pb2 but not too bad. I mixed it with choc shakes post op. Loved it!

I mixed PB2 into some of my shakes during my pre-op.

I had PB2 in almost all of my pre-op shakes. If you're really worried about it, check with your NUT.

I use PB2 by the suggestion of my Bariatric Dietician. I love it! I can't add a lot tho because the flavor is a bit overpowering. A little bit goes a long way.

I am a fan too- I mix it into vanilla shakes to cut down the sweetness.

The Target near me in MA now carries PB2!
