Ive Got my surgery date and now ...

I am not sure if anyone else has had this problem or not.

I have made it and have gotten my surgery date of June 16th and it seems like every since then I have had the urge to sabotage myself :( from the day I met my surgeon I have been so strict and I have stuck to the 1200 calorie a day diet like it was law and I haven't eaten anything that wasn't with in the guide lines. I have managed to loose over 30lbs since march 26th and yet I feel I can't see a difference. I haven't eaten anything I shouldn't but it is getting harder to stick to the plan the longer time goes on. I know I only have a month to go but it just seems like that is forever away and the day will never get here.

Hang in there sister girl. Congrats on your loss thus far. I would tell you to stop being so hard on yourself and find support in you journey on my fitness pal or any of the other sites that support Bariatric surgery just to get your mind off if things. Do you go to the support group sponsored by your surgeon?

You can do it! Hang in there. I have one month to go now. It's like a light at the end of the tunnel!
