Hi Wendy! How are you feeling? Are you nervous/excited? I find myself reading a lot of the forums and watching a lot of weight loss shows.

Awesome! Sounds good to me!! I actually have 3 other friends who are going to have surgery the same day as we however, I don't think we have any idea what to expect, other than saying "LETS STAY POSITIVE". I did "My story" yesterday on my profile and it helped me a lot. I think I am going to do a daily blog, just to help with the anxiety I feel I cause myself.

Welcome, Liza. Congrats on making it this far. Keep reading and learning as much as you can.

Welcome Liza. I might try the shapewear when I reach goal and if floppity skin bugs me. It is not required in my bariatric program. Since you are new, you can explore the search bar by using keywords to take you to posts concerning that topic. It will keep you out of trouble for hours on end.

Hi Lisa!!! So how are you handling the nervousness?? I did "my story" and I felt better, so I decided to do a daily blog.

Well, so far I've just been trying to live life as "normally" as possible....working, going to graduate school, working out, keeping the new eating guidelines in my process (proteins, eat slow, no soda, etc). Thanks for the blog idea. I think I will do that!!
