Snacks for those craving a "crunch"

Am on my week four of post op, curious as to if pork rinds ( the kind from Old Dutch in the snack food section) are acceptable. No carbs and 7g of protein per serving ( high in sodium). Anyone else snack on them?

Kale chips are yummy I pull off the leafs from the middle part (I dont know whats ots called lol) and did a rough chop and mixed it with some seasonings and olive oil ans then bake on a baking sheet at 375 and just watch and toss as it cooks and take it out when its at the crunch you like :)

Are you allowed protein bars yet? I'm not a big fan because the texture and artificial tastes are gross to me. But I found one I like that might fill your need for crunch. GNC lean bars... Just picked up a variety pack at Sam's Club. Chocolate Chip, Cocolate Peanut Butter and Strawberry Yogurt. Their texture is similar to rice crispie treats and tasted pretty good.
