I had the same problem. My Dr. Instructed me to up my vitamin C. I also switched to flints one vitamins with iron. It seems to be helping... I definitely see a lot of improvement 4 weeks later. I've always bruised kind of easy... But I looked like a punching bag and had no explanation for 90 percent if the bruises arms, legs, hips... They were everywhere, my spouse was worried. Didn't believe I didn't know where they were from. Good luck!

I have been bruising easily as well. I've even managed to bruise my chin today and have no clue as to how I did that. I'm beginning to look like a punching bag in certain areas. I try to take my vitamins every day but I do forget at times. I was wondering if it was a certain vitamin deficiency as well.

I'm still bruising easily and try to get in C rich vegetables and fruits on a daily basis. What I really would like to know since searches don't really provide a conclusive solution, is how to get rid of them more quickly. Some are from extremely minor things but look like something bad.
