Surgery in July

Got my date.. Surgery is July 10th!! im excited as well as nervous! Does anyone have any tips they wish they had or ideas on good protein shakes and how the liquid diet went before.. I have to do the liquid diet for 2 weeks before surgery. :)

Hi Katie! Looks like we have a lot in common. My surgery is June 30th at Abington Hospital. My pre-op diet is only one week but I'm starting to include Protein shakes in my daily diet so I can get used to them. So far I've found that I only like the chocolate flavored ones but I don't seem to be too picky about brand.

Yes me too! I want to get used to them.. Pure protein isn't too bad
