Hey guys what's everyone's favorite protein drink ? Okay maybe favorite isn't the best word since I know we are all probably very tired of the shakes and ready for some real food lol. I'm day 3 of my pre op and my surgey is on May 13th

Depends on what I am in the mood for but I like Jay Robb (especially the chocolate and the tropical dreamsicle) and Chike (iced coffee, banana magic, and chocolate bliss) a lot.

Uuumm those sound delish , are you pre op or post op ?

Premier Protein ready-made shakes are my favorite. I've tried the Jay Robb and think those are very good, too.

My favorite "Pre-op" Protein drink was a Extra large thick chocolate milk shake......or maybe a White Russian.....or a ........

Now.....no favorites.....just the ones I can manage to keep down. I'm gonna hunt down the people that come up with the names for these Protein drinks.....they're probably all sittin around laughing their asses off.

Ps: that goes for the names of the Protein Bars too.........I mean...."apple pie" ...(are you kidding me)

@@Antonia_megan I am postop but my requirements for preop and postop shakes were the same, so I didn't do anything different.

Right now I'm doing the gladiator drink from smoothie king ... It helps because I can grab it on the go ...

ive been trying a lot and the one that I have liked the best is Pure Protein. http://www.pureprotein.com/

Not quite to pre op diet yet but my favorite is Atkins Advantage Mocha Latte ready made shake. I like the milk chocolate and dark chocolate royale too. GL!
