3 year post op Kaiser information

A few days ago there was a post from someone who is in CA and went to her 3 year post op appointment. There was doctors and nuts there and on the post the person attached the long term findings from WLS by Kaiser doctors. If anyone can remember or help me find that post or send the reading I would love it. I was going to print it and forgot and now I can't find.
