I think it's natural to have a bit of anxiety prior to a life changing event; focus on the life after and the future you envision once the process is compelte. Tonight do something special for yourself--bubble bath by candle light, quiet reading (if you like to read) or anything you like to do that is soothing and calming. I will be sending you happy, healing thoughts. When you feel up to it, let us know how you are doing.

awwwww good luck….with gods blessings u will be ok….if u were not anxious then that would be another thing…this is a big step….pray relax and get ready….

Good luck to you! Keep us updated on your recovery....my sleeve us on May 27th.

Good luck msryan. Your angst prior to surgery is completely normal. Tomorrow starts an entirely new life style. You will do fine and you will love the results. Be patient and follow the rules and you will be fine.

Also, good luck to Sleevin it in Jersey. Slim times ahead. Get ready for all the compliments everybody because people will be noticing a slimmer trimmer you.

Thank you 1Day1Life4Now! It is hard to imagine a skinny me with skinny after photos. I cannot wait!
