Surgery was May 1

Am post op 5 days and am feeling pretty good. I am sore, but understandably. Low energy, but again understandable. I am on all clear liquids for another week. So far I have been on clear liquids 2 1/2 weeks. I am excited for my progress!!! I lost 17 lbs pre-op. 5 more pounds down since surgery! I looked at upcoming goals for myself. 10 more pounds and I would no longer even qualify for the surgery! 35 more pounds down I will no longer be obese! 30 more pounds from there, I will no longer be overweight. 20 pounds beyond that, I will hit my goal! Life is good!!!!

Super! I like to set small daily goals. Martina Navratilova's strategy was one stroke at a time. One point at a time. Of course she wanted to win, but it was the little baby steps put back to back that got her to so many championships.

It's great to fantasize and we all do it but don't lose sight of each daily baby step!!
