This is IT!

As I sit here getting a mani pedi as my surgery is scheduled on Tuesday 5/6, I can't help but wonder how everything leading up to here just fell in place. I started off disappointed in my first consult back in February to meeting with my current and final surgeon for an initial consult on 4/4 and 1 month later, I am going in for the sleeve. All my pre-op visits lined up from psych eval to endoscopy to insurance approval turned around in less than 48 hours. It feels so SURREAL! I start my liquid diet tomorrow and am excited yet a little scared for Tuesday but with all the support I have been receiving through your posts, I am going in strong. I'll be posting soon after surgery. Best of luck to all my same day fellow sleevers and all others. Thanks Alex for creating this resourceful site.
