Almost ready to schedule!

Hi everyone! I'm new here! I just got the call from my primary doctor that they sent my letter of recommendation to the surgeon! I'm just waiting for the psych eval to be send and then the surgeon's office can submit to my insurance.

I'm so excited! I can't wait to finally take control of my life and weight loss!!!

Does anyone have any pre/post-op tips or advice??

C'mon, you gotta do more of your share than ten words..........Sure we got tips and tons of advice. The quickest way would be for you to do a quick search and then settle in for the rest of the day to read the hundreds of responses........ ^_^

Some of the best responses have already been posted and you'll miss out if you don't check them out. :)

I am in the same boat as you. I completed my echo today, blood work tomorrow, and then they will submit to the insurance company for approval. My insurance company does not require a diet so does anyone know how long the insurance approval process is?

My insurance approved in 3 days. Some take 2 weeks or longer. Good luck!

I have UHC and I was approved in a week.
