post op 1st appt

I was banded on the 7th ;). Just wondering what to expect at my first visit with surgeon. I know they will be ripping off the bandages. .oouucchh

  • @@2muchfun She might be. I have my first "officially scheduled" post-op on May 1st, which is the 3 week mark. My surgeon's secretary called and said to expect a fill.

A weigh-in and questions, lots of them. What are you eating. Does food/fluids go down easy? Nausea? This is usually just a check to make sure you're following the rules and a little pep talk. Don't expect a fill. Not likely.

I just had my first post-op appt yesterday and it was just a weight check and a check to see how the healing is going. I have to go back in 3 weeks (which will be 5 weeks post-op for my first fill).
