Those six months will fly by! Seems like I just started the process, but I'm already almost a month post-op!

I had to do a six month medically supervised weight loss plan, too. At first I was mad--I wanted the surgery done immediately! But now that I am done with all that and surgery is TOMORROW (!) I am grateful that I had the six months to make the necessary changes to my habits (quitting drinking soda, cutting down on caffeine, practicing portion control, tracking Protein intake, getting more active, etc.) I don't think I would have been prepared if I had had the surgery a month or two in!

It does go by pretty quickly. :) Best of luck to you!
