Meats with casings

Ok so I know that I was told not to have meats with casings on them like hot dogs, polishes, Italian sausage, etc. But I want to know has anyone tried to have any type of meat with a casing? I have seen people list that they are eating chicken sausage and I know that has a casing. Its there a problem with eating those types of meat? I really want to know because I dont really know why we cant?

I started eating an occasional sausage when I hit soft foods, about six weeks out. I have never heard about the "no casings" rule. I do not eat them often because of fat content but I do not shy away from them.

I get a really upset sleeve if I do have the casings.

Ok, thank you so much. I will try to take the casing off and see what happens.
