destinyford...if you go to My Fitness Pal.com it will actually ask you some questions and it will tell you. mine is set for 1200 calories per day...that will also be a place to journal your food. hope that helps...I know I am suppose to eat 60 - 70 grams of Protein a day and it breaks down the rest too...you can adjust the categories for each field if you want too. hope that helps...let me know if you need anything else. I know it varies per doctor...but mine told me to use this site and I adjusted according to my dietitian. let me know if that works okay?

I think the stats vary based on what kind of surgery you had.

I had the lapband and consume approx. 1200 cal per day and between 60-90 grams of Protein. I don't really count my carbs much because I don't eat many.
