I am one year today. Yes this is my surgery anniversary. One of the best decsions I have ever made.
I sometimes eat oatmeal (low sugar or all natural) and each packet is one serving.
Is one serving too much????
I used to not be able to finish it - I could make almost 2 meals out of the one package. But now I can, so I am curious if it's too much oatmeal. Thanks
