Back muscle pain

I'm 3 months post op and have been having bad muscle spasms ( or just pain) across the middle of my back. I have it even when I don't eat so it's not from eating too fast or over eating. It comes and goes but nothing seems to relieve it. I've dropped about 80 lbs in 3 months and was just wondering if anybody else had this type of problem. I keep myself hydrated so I don't think that is the problem either. It is really annoying because other than that, I feel pretty good. Any body have any other ideas?

how long has it been going on?

It may be gas...you need to walk to help relieve that

but, unfortunately it may be something else (gallbladder etc)... if it has been going on for days, call your doctor!

Sounds like the gallbladder to me but i could be wrong.... since you lost so much weight and so fast... this can affect the gallbladder unfortunately.... Tell your doctor about this please.

Def get your gallbladder checked. I thought it was my back when mine went south. Your symptoms sound very similar.
